Our Process

Initial Consultation
Understanding the client's requirements, lifestyle preferences, special needs, construction budget, and project schedule.

Site Survey
The designer visits the site to discuss requirements, takes measurements, and photographs for design reference; or the developer provides architectural and MEP drawings.
A retainer of NT$5,000 is required for proposal and site survey, credited upon contract signing. (No drawings or proposals will be released prior to contract signing.) -

Space Planning
Presenting the initial layout concept and obtaining client approval to establish the overall design direction.

Design Appointment
Signing the design contract and refining the preliminary scheme through ongoing client consultations.
Design fee: NT$8,000 per ping. Minimum 15 ping. -

3D Visualisation
Creating 3D models and rendered simulations based on the requirements, functionality, and design direction to confirm all details with the client.

Detail Design
Producing all necessary detail drawings and construction documentation, with ongoing client consultations throughout.

Construction Quotation
Upon completion of design drawings and material selection, a comprehensive construction quotation is presented and a construction contract signed.

Project Handover
Client inspection, final handover, and project close.
